Bugs Behaving Badly, Creasey-Mahan Nature Preserve – September 14, 2012

Face Painting by Kid Canvas artist Amy Parks was featured at the Creasey-Mahan Nature Preservere in Goshen, KY.  The nature preserve was presenting a program titled 'Bugs Behaving Badly' and asked Amy to provide extra entertainment for the event.  Here are some photos of the faces painted.  Click any photo for a larger view.

City of Goshen Outdoor Movie Night – September 14, 2012

Face painting was  a huge hit at this event!  Kid Canvas was originally scheduled for 5:00PM until the movie started at 8:00PM.  But kids kept lining up even after the movie began!  The last face was not painted until nearly 10:00PM!


Chloe’s Birthday Party at Fuzziwig’s – August 25, 2012

Amy made Chloe's birthday party extra exciting for kids and adults alike.  The designs chosen by the kids included Unicorns, Spider-Man, Dragon Master, and more.

FuzziWig’s Candy Factory 1st Anniversary – July 22, 2012

Kid Canvas Face Painting artist Amy Parks was there from 2:30-5 painting faces.  Kiddos could also play with bubbles on the Bubble Pirate Truck, listen to 100.5 radio station, and do a craft with Macaroni Kid… all while indulging their sweet tooth!

Kroger Benefit for Timothy Burton – July 21, 2012

Kid Canvas Face Painting partnered with Kroger in Prospect to help Timothy Burton, a man with multiple myeloma (a cancer that affects the plasma cells in bone marrow) .  Faces were painted in the entry lobby of Kroger from 11-3, and a bag lunch by Boar's Head was offered for purchase.  Proceeds went towards Mr Burton's treatment

St. Matthews Baptist Church Vacation Bible School – June 12, 2012

St Matthews Baptist Church -Vacation Bible School (VBS)- week of 6-11 to 6-15.  On 6-12-12, Kid Canvas Face Painting artist Amy Parks painted over 100 faces in 3 short hours!  Designs matched the Aviation theme for the VBS with propellers on noses and rainbow swirls!

Sponsored by St Matthews baptist church, featured Kid Canvas Face Painting artist Amy Parks, David Garrard Magic shows, music, inflatables, live singing and dancing on stage, and showcased food and goods from many local area vendors.
